Our Story
Little Miss Gluten-Free was created by Heidi Bramm, a longtime gluten-free baker with 18 years of hands-on experience baking for her own family. What began as a necessity for 3 of her daughters grew into a passion for creating cookies that are not only beautiful, but thoughtfully made for those with sensitivities to enjoy that still maintain a traditional taste and texture. Each order is baked in small batches using gluten-free ingredients using dedicated tools and equipment, decorated with natural food colorings (dye-free), and designed with care, creativity, and intention.
